An opportunity to see why the City of Inkster is at the center of American history and at the heart and hub of Black history is planned during the Inktown Tour, set for 1 p.m. Aug. 6. The tour includes the story of the city from 200 years ago, until today. There will be a midday meal at Clayton's following the tour. In addition, there will be a supplemental tour at 4:30 p.m. visiting sites in Inkster that were vital to the transformation of Malcolm Little to Malcolm X. To register for the free tour, contact Robert Turley through Facebook Messenger for details.
