The members of the Westland Police Department Recruitment Team are currently available for questions from applicants interested in joining the force. The team consists of officers and sergeants with experience including field training officers, union representatives and members of specialized bureaus. The goal of the team members is to attract and recruit future officers to join the Westland department which is currently hiring qualified candidates. Recruitment Team members are accessible via email at recruitment@wlpd.net and are available to assist with inquiries regarding wages/contract, job qualifications, and any other department-specific questions candidates may have. The recruitment team is a resource for applicants throughout the application/hiring process.
