The good guys

Members of the Romulus Police Department helped 13 local children shop for Christmas gifts at the Belleville Walmart last week. The annual Shop With A Cop campaign this year was funded by some “generous corporate sponsors” officers said.

The police department has also adopted two families and officers have already begun making gift deliveries to 14 homes in the community. Officers aid they were able to add gift cards for groceries to the gifts this year.  “All in all, over 50 children will receive some holiday cheer from the Romulus Police Department,” they stated.
