In preparation
of the holiday season, the Canton Farmers Market will host the Second Annual Holiday Artisan Market on Saturday, Nov. 2, to assist shoppers with finding one-of-a-kind gifts, as well as delicious holiday food items for this festive time of year. A variety of specialty items will be available from 10 a.m.
to 4 p.m.
at the Summit on the Park Ballroom, located at 46000 Summit Parkway in Canton.
This special market will feature local artisans, producers, and craft makers, as well as familiar faces returning
from the Canton Farmers Market regular season.
“Last year's Holiday Artisan Market was so well-received that we decided to bring it back for another year,” said Canton Farmers Market Coordinator Anne Driscoll.
“With the holidays right around the corner, it's the ideal time to pick up some unique craft items for those folks on your list who are hard to buy for, as well as
fun stocking-stuffers for the kids.”
More than 30 vendors will be
onsite offering handcrafted goods, food and more that will make the perfect gift. Featured items will include: candles, jewelry, honey; bath bombs; infinity scarves, body lotions and products, woodworking, holiday items, crocheted and embroidered items, wool hats and mittens, and more.
Admission is $1, which will go to support Open Door Ministries of Canton to help provide meals to residents in need in the area. Resident food trucks will be on hand selling lunch.
