The popular Music in the Air free weekly concert series will continue at 7 p.m. tomorrow, Aug. 5, and continue through Sept. 2 at the Kellogg Park stage in downtown Plymouth, officials from the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) office said.
The concerts are sponsored by the DDA; the Bank of Ann Arbor; the Plymouth Noon Rotary Club and Hines Park Lincoln.
The line-up this year again includes various area bands and tomorrow, Larry Lee and the Back in the Day Band will perform Funk, R& B and Motown for the expected crowd.
Next week, Aug. 12--Geff Phillips and Friends is scheduled to perform Pop and Rock variety music of the 60s; on Aug. 19, Moxie Blitz will present pop music of today and the 80s; Aug. 26--Steve King and the Dittilies, the Wayne Newton of Wayne County will perform and on and Sept. 2--Atomic Radio will end the season with top 40, Pop Hip-Hop and rock.
