Members of the Westland Rotary Club lived up to the club motto, "Service Above Self" recently when they donated $10,200 toward the displaced residents of the recent fire at Westwood Apartments.
The club members made the donation through the efforts of Westland Fire Administration - Public Awareness campaign. The club allocated $200 for a specific family displaced by the blaze and $10,000 went to the GoFund me page, https://www.gofundme.com/.../displaced-westwood-village... that was established by the Westland Fire and Rescue Department to aid the victims of the blaze.
